London-via-Oz troubadour Josef Salvat's stunning brace of singles 'Every Night' and 'Hustler' secured him a place on every critic's end of year 'Ones to Watch' list - so it's strange, although refreshing, of him to wait until August this year to capitalise on his stellar 2013. He's been away working his debut LP - and even cancelled his appearances at SXSW earlier this summer to concentrate fully - but the tempestuous 'Shoot And Run', with its thundercrack beats and languid melody, confirms Salvat's efforts will be totally worth the wait.
